Our partners come with extensive experience in supporting debt financing projects (both bank and non-bank) in Russia and internationally. The deals include credit agreements with Russian banks, convertible loan agreements, syndicated credit agreements, and the other Russian law based instruments. Significant experience has also been gained in supporting project financing for development and/or asset acquisition in the UK, EU, USA, including the same as senior or mezzanine lender.

Advising the Russian pharmaceutical company Nearmedic on loan agreements for financing the buyout of RUSNANO's share in a project company producing nanotechnology based medical drugs.
Representing Sbarro Rus in a transaction to raise financing from Alfa-Bank through a subscription to shares at the Cypriot holding company level.
Advising FH Holding Moscow Limited to conclude loan documentation with Raiffeisenbank to the amount of approximately USD 40 million.
